Chantico Agave Glazed Salmon

Forgot Father's Day yesterday? Make it up to him tonight with this Sweet & Smoky Agave-Glazed Fish!
Ingredients
· 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
· 1/4 cup Chantico Wild agave syrup
· 1/4 cup soy sauce
· 2 tbsp lemon juice
· 1 tbsp grated ginger
· 2 cloves garlic, minced
· 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
1. Whisk agave, soy, lemon, ginger, garlic, and oil.
2. Marinate salmon in half the mixture for 15 min.
3. Sear salmon in a skillet for 4-5 min skin-side up.
4. Flip and add remaining glaze; cook 3-4 more min.
