Chantico is naturally one third sweeter than sugar, allowing you to use less calories for the same sweetness. Our organic Blue Agave powder is perfect for those seeking a low glycemic sweetener.
A NATURAL SWEETNESS, KISSED BY MOTHER NATURE
Chantico enhances the natural flavors of foods and can be used to add a touch of pure sweetness. While some products, like stevia and artificial sweeteners, can leave an unpleasant aftertaste, and others, such as honey and maple syrup, have a strong distinct taste, Chantico has no aftertaste or chemical processing—just pure, natural sweetness.
NON-GMO, ORGANIC, ALLERGEN-FREE AGAVE
All Chantico agave syrups and powders are crafted from estate-grown, single-origin, organic agave plants. Our agave sweeteners are produced on-site using a thermal production process, ensuring the highest levels of quality control. Ideal for those following a low glycemic diet, our sweeteners are lower in calories per serving than sugar, making them a perfect sugar substitute or honey alternative.
SAFETY IN FARM TO BOTTLE PRODUCTION
Chantico conducts the whole production process on its estate, making it possible to produce a safer, higher quality product. Other agave brands collect materials from several processors, which cause significant handling and bacteriological risks. Also, Chantico is produced with a heat process that destroys pathogens and removes heavy metals, while maintaining the raw integrity of the sweetener. Other agave sweeteners are produced using an enzymatic process, which may not have the same health benefits as using heat.
Because Chantico is sweeter than sugar and honey, you can use less and get the same level of sweetness. Try Chantico with some of these foods or use them in your favorite recipes:
Coffee or tea
Salad dressings and sauces
Jam and jellies
Yogurts and cereals
Other prepared foods

TREES FOR THE FUTURE
Trees for the Future, an agroforestry resource center, offers a carbon-offset program, where pounds of CO2 emissions are calculated and converted directly into tree planting requirements from a formula and program developed by Trees for the Future and Chantico.
For each container shipped, Chantico will plant trees in cooperation with Trees for the Future. Each year, our efforts will result in planting over 10,000 new trees and help family farmers to thrive.
Chantico comes from the leading agave brand in the world, producing agave sweeteners since the 1980’s. Since its inception, Chantico has used its land naturally, and in an environmentally sustainable manner without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. In partnership with local workers called “Jimadores”, we ensure that the land is cultivated and cared for by the families that have lived there for generations.
