Orange Agave Chocolate Sauce

  • ½ cup unsweetened/bitter chocolate

  • 2/3 cup of heavy whip cream

  • ½ cup of Chantico Wild agave

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp of orange zest

  • 1 tsp of freshly squeezed orange juice

  • ½ tsp vanilla


  1. On a small sauce pan, pour heavy whipped cream and bring it to a simmer. Once cream starts to simmer, pour in chocolate. - - Mix until chocolate melt and is well incorporated with cream.

  2. Put in agave, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Bring to a simmer.
