½ cup unsweetened/bitter chocolate
2/3 cup of heavy whip cream
½ cup of Chantico Wild agave
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp of orange zest
1 tsp of freshly squeezed orange juice
½ tsp vanilla
On a small sauce pan, pour heavy whipped cream and bring it to a simmer. Once cream starts to simmer, pour in chocolate. - - Mix until chocolate melt and is well incorporated with cream.
Put in agave, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Bring to a simmer.
