3oz white rum
2 tbsp Chantico WILD agave
3 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice (2 limes)
12oz chilled club soda
1 dozen ice cubes
Place rum, agave syrup, lime juice and mint into a bowl and crush mint with a pestle or the back of a spoon. If desired, sample mixture at this point and adjust sweetness balance to taste.
Strain mixture, pressing excess moisture from mint.
Divide between two glasses. Add 6floz of club soda to each glass and add ice to fill.
Garnish with mint sprig & lime wedge.
