Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets

1/4 cup Chantico Organic Mexican Raw Agave

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetable oil, for grilling

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the Chantico Raw Agave, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the glaze for the salmon.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the Chantico Raw Agave glaze over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated. Allow the salmon to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent the salmon from sticking. Alternatively, you can use a grill basket or aluminum foil.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess glaze. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin-side down. Close the grill lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Carefully flip the salmon fillets using a spatula. Brush the top side of the salmon with some of the remaining glaze. Close the grill lid and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your preferred doneness. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter. Brush the last of the Chantico Raw Agave glaze over the top of the fillets.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges on the side. Enjoy a sweet and savory summer salmon!
