Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding


  • ½ oz chopped pecan nuts

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup milk or alternative dairy (we used oatmilk)

  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1tbsp Raw Chantico agave

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Pour the milk in a bowl. Add in the chia seeds, vanilla, pecan, agave, and the pumpkin puree.

  2. Whisk until smooth, then let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Whisk again, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

  4. Pour the pudding in a glass and top with more pecans and agave.
