7 oz butter
½ tsp salt
½ cup Granulated Agave Powder
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp cardamom
2 ½ tbsp instant coffee
3 oz chocolate chips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Mix butter, salt, and sugar in a bowl until even.
Add flour, cardamom, and instant coffee. Mix well.
Shape dough into flat discs, 2-3 inches in diameter.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer dough discs to it.
Bake for 10 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
Add the chocolate chips to a bowl and pour oil over them.
Microwave for up to 2 minutes, until melting.
Dip the cookies in the melted chocolate. Let cool, then serve.
