Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1 egg
5 oz unsweetened peanut butter
1tbsp WILD agave
1 tbsp vanilla extract
¼ tbsp baking soda
¼ cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400º F/220º C.
Prepare lightly oil muffin pan or line with muffin tins.
Add banana, egg, peanut butter, agave, vanilla extract, and baking soda to a blender and puree (alternately, mash well and mix by hand).
Mix in chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly and pour it into the muffin pan holes. Bake for 10 minutes.
