While some products, like stevia and artificial sweeteners, can leave an unpleasant aftertaste, and others, such as honey and maple syrup, have a strong distinct taste, Chantico has no aftertaste or chemical processing—just pure, natural sweetness.

Agave’s sweetness mainly comes from fructose, which is the sweetest of all naturally occurring carbohydrates, and the higher the fructose content, the sweeter the agave. Chantico is made from only estate-grown, organic Mexican agave with a premium fructose concentration above 75%.
SAFETY IN FARM TO BOTTLE PRODUCTION
Chantico conducts the whole production process on its estate, making it possible to produce a safer, higher quality product. Other agave brands collect materials from several processors, which cause significant handling and bacteriological risks. Also, Chantico is produced with a heat process that destroys pathogens and removes heavy metals, while maintaining the raw integrity of the sweetener. Other agave sweeteners are produced using an enzymatic process, which may not have the same health benefits as using heat.
